Despite our best efforts, we cannot currently offer poster or frame services for the time being. We prioritize customer satisfaction and understand that shipping damages can lead to an unfavorable experience - so rest assured, this option is on our radar!

Once you place your order, it's in the hands of our talented artists! We'll make sure that within one week, all pet portraits will be delivered electronically via email.

To ensure speedy delivery and no wait time for your wonderful artwork - please check both Junk & Spam folders as emails from us may end up there occasionally (from orders@mypetraits.com).

We want to ensure you get the best artwork possible, so please reach out quickly if you decide to change your order. Sadly, due to its highly customized nature we are unable to offer refunds on completed projects - but don't worry: let us know as early as possible and we'll help make sure everything works for everybody!

When you purchase a pet portrait, our team of professional artists will ensure that it meets your exact specifications.

If any minor changes are required within 3 days of receiving the product, we'll be happy to take care of them for you without incurring an additional cost!

However, if you'd like us to add or replace pets in the painting or add a unique name font or background color, then there is an extra fee.

We also advise customers that full-body paintings may incur the added time and cost, so please factor these into your order.
